Black-Magic Harley-Davidson® with Williston High School
No question, the Black-Magic H-D® team is a crew that likes to be different and keep things loose. For a long time, the bike didn’t even have a name. Crew Chief Andrew Gjelsness says that’s because each member has such a different feel for the bike.
They bring a lot of different experiences and backgrounds to the build. Jacey Martinez was chosen for his “creative mind and mad skills.” Allison Seymour, who loves taking road trips, has a flair for colors and design. And Colt Treffrey, the dealership’s sales manager, just loves to make Harley-Davidson® motorcycles “look cool and go fast.”
They’ve also gotten input and hands-on help from students at Williston High School whenever possible. “It’s great to see young people interested in motorcycles and participating in a custom build,” Andrew says. “They can watch their ideas come to life and see what it takes to make that happen.”
The result is a bike that’s “not a normal choice for this style of motorcycle,” Andrew says. “We’re embracing the chance to be different.”
